As our new Care Home Manager, you will be stepping into a leadership role with the opportunity to make a genuine impact. You’ll work closely with our skilled and dedicated team to embed a culture of quality-driven care and operational excellence.
Key responsibilities include:
– Leading and inspiring a team to deliver the highest standards of care.
– Ensuring compliance with CQC requirements and driving continuous improvement.
– Overseeing the operational and financial performance of the home.
– Promoting a supportive and progressive environment for both residents and staff.

To be successful in this role, you’ll need:
– A proven track record of leadership and management experience within a care home or similar environment.
– Level 5 Health and Social Care qualification (or equivalent).
– Commitment to delivering the highest quality of care, with residents’ well-being at the heart of everything you do.
– Strong organisational and business skills, with the ability to lead operations effectively and deliver continuous improvement.
– Genuine passion for making a difference to residents’ lives.
