John Bailey – Director
John became a Director of Nynehead Court in 2000, and led the redevelopment and refurbishment of the home and its grounds.
Alyson Martin MBE –Director
Alyson became a Director at Nynehead Court in 2015, having spent her career in social care. She was made an MBE in 2012 for her services to the care sector.
Frank Martin- Director
Frank Martin became a Director at Nynehead Court in 2015. Frank is an artist and uses his expertise to support Nynehead Court’s sculpture park and Stable Arts.
Jo Fenn – Manager
Jo became Manager at Nynehead Court, having spent her career managing care homes in Somerset. She originally worked at the home at weekends when she was 14!
Deb Sparks – Deputy Manager
Deb has worked at Nynhead Court since 2004, and has worked in care since her children were small. She became Deputy Manager in 2018.
Sue Manning – Administrator
Sue has worked at Nynehead Court since 1991, and worked in care roles until 2015 when she became Administrator.
Justin Cole – Head Gardener
Justin joined Nynehead Court in 2001, having built his horticultural expertise at college and in care/retail settings. He became Head Gardener in 2009.
Kevin Aldridge – Head Chef
Kevin joined Nynehead Court in March 2015, having previously worked for the NHS as a catering manager and facilities lead.
Helen Hill – Activities Coordinator
Helen joined Nynehead Court in 2019, having previously worked as an activities co-ordinator at another care home. She has led the activities team since January 2020.
